Club Notes – 28 March 2019

It’s last call for club membership for 2019 which must be paid this week ( before 31st March), in order to be a fully paid up member, for the coming year. Full adult membership is €75 (€50 for students) while Youth membership is €50. Those who have contributed fully to Clontibret Our Future have no membership fee, while there is also a reduced youth rate for children of contributors to COF. It is extremely important that all players in both football and hurling at all age groups pay their membership fees immediately as only by doing so do they cover themselves for participation in the GAA Players Injury scheme for both training and games.

In the period before the ulster SFC begins attention will turn to local matters with five SFL league matches down for decision in March/April. First up is a home game with Truagh at 5pm on Saturday 30th March, followed by Doohamlet, Carrick, Scotstown and Ballybay in rapid succession. Be sure to come out on Saturday to support your team in their first home match of the year and have a look at the work that has gone on at the grounds since last year while cheering on the players.
