Club Notes – 13 June 2019

Shoe City Senior League
A good win against Currin on Friday night last after a somewhat shaky start. Next up is a visit to Inniskeen on Friday 14 th June for 8pm throw-in.

Platinum Tanks Reserve Leagues
The RFL D3 team had walk over Truagh who failed to show on Saturday last. On Wednesday night last in RFL D1 we lost out by two points to Magheracloone in an exciting contest in Kingscourt. Next up is a visit from Blayney to O’Neill Park on Wednesday 19th June.

County Team
Well done to our senior county representatives, Conor, Vinny, Dessie and Conor who all figured prominently in the win over Fermanagh on Sunday last. Next up is another local derby when they face Armagh on 22nd June.

Juvenile Togs & Socks
There are official club juvenile togs and socks available to purchase for €25 per child. It you would like to purchase these please contact Fergal 087-2242726

Training for U6s continues on Friday’s at 6pm. All boys born in 2013 & 2014 welcome.

The two U11 teams had two great games against Aughnamullen last Saturday in the Spring League Finals. There next game will be the Summer League next week.

A busy schedule ahead for both teams. Div 2 play away to Maghercloone Sat 15th June at 12pm. Then home to Emyvale Tuesday 18th June at 7.45pm. Div 6 play home to Emyvale on Thursday 13th at 7.30pm and the home to Inniskeen Thursday 20th at 7.45pm.

Cul- Camps
Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camps provide boys and girls – between the ages of 5 and 13 – with an action-packed and fun-filled week of activity during the summer holidays which revolves around maximising enjoyment and sustaining participant involvement in Gaelic Games. This will be hosted by Clontibret O’Neills from the 1st – 5th July. Please book your child early to avoid disappointment.
